Huntwell is committed to making huntwell.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML so assistive technologies can navigate the page.
  • Provide meaningful alt text for informational images.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Support keyboard navigation throughout the site.
  • Respect the user's reduced-motion preference for animations.
  • Use scalable type that responds to browser zoom without breaking layout.

Where we fall short

We are working toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. There may be pages, images, or interactions that do not yet fully meet that standard, and we appreciate the patience of anyone who runs into an issue.

Tell us

If you have trouble using any part of our website, or if you have a suggestion that would make the site easier to use, please email hello@huntwell.com. Describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue.

Third-party content

Some parts of the site may include third-party content or embeds (for example, email sign-up forms provided by Klaviyo). We do our best to choose accessible partners, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of every third-party element. If you encounter one that doesn't work for you, please let us know at the address above and we'll help.

Formal complaints

If we're not able to resolve your issue, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice or your state's attorney general office.
