Huntwell is a small team. We'd rather write back carefully than reflexively. That usually means one to three business days for a reply.
If it's urgent — a billing question, a delivery that's gone sideways — say so in the subject line and we'll push it to the top.

Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most of the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii aren't currently supported. If you're outside the continental U.S., drop us a note so we know there's interest.

Please do. We keep a folder of waitlist dogs on the studio wall, and we look at it often.
