Huntwell ("Huntwell", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you visit huntwell.com or interact with us by email, and how we use, share, and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us.

When you sign up to our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. If you write to us directly, we collect whatever is in your message.

b. Information collected automatically.

Our hosting provider logs basic visit information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location (derived from IP and not stored), device and browser information, pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL. This information is sent to Google and processed on our behalf. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking, and we have not enabled Google Signals or any ads features.

Your choices. The first time you visit the site, a cookie notice asks whether to allow analytics. You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie preferences (also linked in the page footer). We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: if your browser sends GPC, analytics are automatically turned off and no notice is shown. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block/delete cookies through your browser settings. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this Policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be shown before any such tracking begins.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To send you waitlist updates and brand news you have asked to receive.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.
  • To operate and protect the site (security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to do so. Today that means:

  • Klaviyo, Inc. — stores your email address and sends you the messages you sign up for. Klaviyo's Privacy Policy.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — provides aggregate analytics about site usage so we can improve the site. Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc. or equivalent) — serves the website to your browser.
  • Our email provider — delivers and receives messages sent to our hello@huntwell.com address.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If Huntwell is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

4. Email Marketing & Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of that email, or by writing to us at hello@huntwell.com. Transactional messages (for example, a reply to a question you sent us) are not subject to unsubscribe.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your email address on our waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep emails you send us for as long as reasonably needed to answer your question and for our business records.

6. Children

Huntwell is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please write to hello@huntwell.com and we will delete it.

7. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These include the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of certain sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If that changes, this Policy will be updated and a visible opt-out link will appear in our footer before any such sale or sharing begins.

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and to disable analytics cookies for your visit. You can also use the Cookie preferences link in our footer at any time.

To exercise your rights, email hello@huntwell.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request (usually by email confirmation) and respond within 45 days.

8. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale. You may exercise these rights at hello@huntwell.com.

9. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet, but we take reasonable steps to reduce that risk.

10. International Visitors

Huntwell operates from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., information we collect about you will be transferred to, and processed in, the U.S. under this Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time — to improve the service, reflect changes in our practices, or comply with new legal requirements. Material changes will be shown by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the site after the change means you accept the updated Policy.
