Welcome to Huntwell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of huntwell.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Huntwell is operated by Huntwell, LLC (or its successor entity), located in the United States. You can reach us at hello@huntwell.com.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited messages, transmit malware, or do anything unlawful.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation.

3. Intellectual Property

The Huntwell name, logo, shield mark, wordmark, website copy, imagery, and other branding are trademarks and copyrighted works of Huntwell. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as needed to link to the Site with a text link.

User-submitted content: if you send us a message, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving Huntwell.

4. Email & Waitlist

Signing up for our waitlist means you agree to receive occasional brand emails from Huntwell. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@huntwell.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our social accounts on Instagram and TikTok) or embed third-party services (for example, Klaviyo sign-up forms). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

6. No Professional Advice

Huntwell content is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is veterinary, nutritional, medical, legal, or professional advice for your dog or for you. Talk to a licensed professional before making decisions about your dog's diet or health.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, HUNTWELL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, HUNTWELL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Huntwell harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time — to improve the service, reflect changes in our practices, or comply with new legal requirements. Material changes will be shown by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Site after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Site in a way we reasonably believe is harmful.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
